Absolutely, you can return an order for a full refund for any reason up to two weeks after the delivery date. Returns are contingent on the following conditions:

• You must contact us within the two-week window to initiate the return, we will provide a return address in this exchange.
• Due to the sensitive nature of our products, the items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

You assume the cost and risk of returning the items to us. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.

In the event that an item was damaged upon arrival, please contact us as you may be eligible for a refund or replacement of that item at no cost to you. Please retain the original damaged item, as you may be asked to provide pictures or otherwise describe the damage.
